So here we are again, cast back into a four week lockdown - but it’s not all bad - even though the first time round we had the promise of summer ahead!
But don’t let the depths of the dark British winter add a further layer of gloom to the situation. For a start, this one isn’t as strict as the first time round, many businesses have adapted to cope and switched their ways of working to ensure you can still grab that oat milk flat white or keep up with your yoga practice from home, and of course we are armed with so much more knowledge this time round - we know how to do burpees in the morning to get our endorphins pumping thanks to @thebodycoach, how to make a tip top banana bread, and if we really want a sugar rush there’s always the option of a dalgona coffee which we now know how to make courtesy of Lockdown 1. To top it all, this time round you will also have us giving you daily hints and tips, so in the words of Marilyn Monroe, “Keep your chin up and most importantly, keep smiling, because life is a beautiful thing!”
